GOVERNMENT AND EU POLICY IS TO KEEP US SHORT OF WATER

Christopher Booker explains in his latest Sunday Telegraph column what is going on. Clearly the government are not doing the common sense thing and collecting more water to save for when rainfall is reduced. They would rather spend £18 billion a year to "combat climate change". The trouble is that Labour is just as daft, leaving us with no choice in the matter.
