CO2 % INCREASES BY 35% SO WHERE'S THE HEAT?

This report from the BBC explains that CO2 levels have grown by 35% more than expected since 2001. This is interesting, in that despite this, there has been no increase in world temperature since then, according to the figures.

  1. Unlike other climate influences, radiative effects are virtually instantaneous. If the CO2 is in the air, the total energy content of the air will respond immediately to CO2 heating. There is no logical lag.

Tis obviously is at odds with the current global temperature response (severe cooling).
