VIVE LA NINA !

This pdf may be a bit hard to follow in parts, but it is worth reading if you want to learn a bit about the important movements of water in the Pacific Ocean and the effect it has on the world's climate. Al Gore and his friends will not want to concentrate on this, but maybe they should. If past trends are anything to go by it looks quite possible that the circulation is changing from El Nino dominant to the La Nina phase, which tends to lead to a cooler climate.
