PORTUGAL - A LESSON FROM A GREEN ECONOMY

This post should be a lesson to all those who want to rush into a so-called "green" economy. If your economy is in a crisis, going "green" is one way of turning that crisis into an even deeper one leading to having to go cap in hand for a bail out. How much more of this madness will it take for governments to take notice?
