Harbour Air is still in the game to electrify all their planes. There is another plane called the Alice that will be built from the ground up to be electric. The later half of this decade will see electric short distance airlines going from city to city. 250 miles by eplane is a doable goal.

  3. Compared to FF, then electric planes are short range. 400 mile range is nothing to sneeze at. That is very significant to be able to go from city to city. Plus the cost projections of electric flight is way lower than FF planes. $200 per hour.

Eviation says that the $4 million aircraft will offer direct operating costs of just $200 per flight hour. U.S. operator Cape Air placed the launch order for Alice in a June 2019 deal for an undisclosed number of aircraft.
