UK TEMPERATURE RECORDS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE?

UK Met Office temperature records are being challenged, due to the measurements being taken at sites that are not in compliance with the World Meteorological Organisation's (WMO) rules. Read it all here:

It seems incredible that at a time when accurate measurements of the temperature of the surface are under such scrutiny, there could be such a cavalier attitude to the WMO rules.
