Isn't it odd that no one in the mainstream media ever recalls any great climate disasters from the past? Endless attention has been paid to such disasters as the sinking of the Titanic and yet extreme weather events killed far more, but there is silence about them. The video below looks at one very dramatic year, 1896, when there were a number of catastrophes around the globe, long before CO2 emissions had risen much above 300ppm.
