UK VOTERS REJECT NET ZERO IN FAVOUR OF CUTTING BILLS

A big poll for the Sun newspaper has clearly shown that UK voters are not prepared to see their costs rising in order to reach the holy grail of net zero. The following article gives the details:

  1. It appears to me that 2/3s say business should do something about climate change is a pretty indicator of direction they want their country to go in.

    Climate change is less of a concern to people in the UK with a 2022 poll showing only 34% were worried about its impact. The percentage of people who believed that businesses should take action to combat climate change was 67%.
