ED MILIBAND WANTS TO GIVE OUR AID CASH TO FOREIGN CLIMATE PROJECTS

Ed Miliband, the newly appointed UK Foreign Secretary wants to splash the cash from the foreign aid budget (and no doubt increase it!) on foreign schemes to reduce CO2 emissions, even though the country's finances are in dire straits.
