Climate risk company, First Street, claims to score property-specific loss predictions, due to climate change, that have depressed Nebraska’s real estate market and made it difficult for Nebraskan homeowners to sell their homes. That really is orwellian. Can you imagine this happening in the UK?
The Attorney General is now taking action to prevent this company from making such unfounded allegations.
