CLIMATE LAWSUIT - STATE OF MICHIGAN v OIL COPANIES - DISMISSED
The extraordinary lengths to which climate zealots will go amazes me, and with such power behind them. But, at least the judges in the USA seem to be solidly based in common sense. Will this ruling now deter others?
