BBC FAILS TO SCRUTINISE MINISTER ON CLIMATE DATA

Just listen to this feeble effort (scroll down to 8.15) at challenging the UK climate minister, Hilary Benn, on the new detailed forecasts of climate change for the UK over the next century. No mention whatsoever of the fact that these forecasts are made using computer climate models which have failed to predict the recent nine years of decline in average world temperatures, or of their failure to predict that the atmosphere would fail to warm more than the surface temperature. The failure of the BBC to probe these so-called predictions is lamentable, as well as being a dereliction of their duty.

At least there is more of an attempt to scrutinise this in Australia, see this link to read about a politician doing some investigations of his own.
