CANADA COOLING TO EMISSION CONTROLS
This article explains that Canada is now not going to act before the USA in controlling emissions of CO2. Of course not - why should they export their industry and give themselves grief.
Why bother with the climate when we have loads of other problems with the crisis. Plus Canada is relatively fine on the emissions so why not concentrate on the country getting out of the crisis and deal with the emission later when we have more time, money for it...

Hi Lorne and thanks for your comment. Why bother with CO2 emissions at all when there seems to be no warming going on?
