INDIA TO INCREASE COAL PRODUCTION, EU TO AGREE TO PAY FOR CLIMATE CHANGE

This article explains how the Indian government has set out its priorities. Clearly they have no intention of cutting back to "save the planet" - they are leaving that to the West, which means you and me and the rest of us paying thousands in a hopeless quest to control the climate. How many people will be willing to pay this - the government are not going to ask us, as they know the answer! But, be in no doubt, pay it we will, as you can see from this article. The politicians have already agreed the principle, it's just the details that have to be agreed. Perhaps if politicians had to pay more of the bill themselves, they wouldn't be quite so keen to give our money away. They might even start looking more closely at the science.
